Drapery Study with Charcol

I'm not really all that good at traditional art because I'm messy. See that artistic border around the drawing? That wasn't on purpose, it was because the border I taped off didn't quite work out right. You can see a definite texture in the neutral grey of the charcol we put down on the paper... I have no idea how that got there, but it only proves my point. My traditional art invariably messes up due to something I do wrong and I can't undo. That's what I love about computer art: Ctrl+z! Yeah! If I could Undo stuff in the real world, I'd probably be a really good traditional artist.
